1. These terms
These terms govern use of this website. They do not form a contract for construction works. Any project is carried out under a separate written contract agreed with HouseBuildCivils Ltd.
2. Information on this site
Descriptions of services, specifications, standards and imagery are indicative and provided for general information. They do not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a warranty as to what can be achieved on any particular site.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any budget range or programme discussed before survey is an estimate only. Firm pricing is issued against a defined scope, drawings and specification, and is valid for the period stated on the quotation.
4. Consents and approvals
All works are subject to survey, planning consent, building regulations approval, party wall matters where applicable, and any other statutory consent required. Responsibility for obtaining consents is allocated in the project contract.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Liability in respect of construction works is dealt with in the project contract.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
