Information you submit through the project enquiry form: name, company, email address, telephone number, site postcode, client type, planning status, budget range, the services you are interested in and any message content. During a live project we will also hold contract, correspondence, site and payment records.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare appraisals and quotations, perform a contract, meet obligations under construction, health and safety, building control and tax law, and to keep records of completed works. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention and sharing
Enquiry and project records are retained for the periods required by UK accounting, tax and construction liability rules. We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with consultants, sub-contractors, warranty providers, building control bodies and our professional advisers where required to deliver a project.
5. Your rights
